My family and I simply loved this house and we had an absolutely wonderful experience!! The house is large, airy, CLEAN, all the appliances worked, the furnishings and everything well-maintained both inside and outside. The backyard with the sparkling heated pool and crystal clear hot tub surrounded by tall trees was where we spent most of our time and there was plenty of grass for the little ones to run around without shoes and shady areas for those of us who needed to get out of the sun for a few minutes. We ranged in ages of 18 months to 80 years old and everyone was totally comfortable. It is right in the middle of Hampton Bays, 10 mins to shopping and restaurants, beaches - just a great location. The owners are very friendly, professional and responsive and Michelle was just wonderful, even when I accidentally blocked her phone number on my cell phone. This is the second summer and second home we've rented from them and we definitely will look to do it again next summer.

Having vacationed primarily in the South over the last 20 years or so I decided to give the Hamptons a shot last year. I was so impressed with the amenities and the integrity of the homeowner that I opted for a different house this year that the same homeowner, Marilyn, showed me. The location is minutes from a bay beach which we took the kids to, the heated pool and hot tub are impeccably kept. There are enough tables and chairs, chaise lounges, and umbrellas just in the pool, hot tub, and volley ball area for sunning or having a drink by the pool. Just outside the house is a covered patio area with a couple of tables, grill, two islands with built in refrigerator and wine cooler where you can escape the sun, hang out and catch a nice breeze while keeping an eye on the pool and hot tub. There are still more table and chair sets next to the patio area as well. Very large yard. Also there is a basketball hoop in the pool and one in the driveway. Inside, the bedrooms are very nice, large, and well kept. There are TV's in every room including the kitchen. The living area is spacious and is overseen by a balcony that houses the second floor. The basement is a veritable play land for kids. There is ping pong, pool, foosball, air hockey, and whatever else I forgot is down there. There is a refrigerator down there also and your main washer/dryer area, there is also a washer/dryer area upstairs as well. The cleaning staff is courteous and diligent, very meticulous; which really makes you want to keep it that way. Any questions you might have, or issues that arise, you're not calling a property manager, there is no red tape or go between. You call Marilyn directly and either she, or her daughter Michelle are all over it. One day I was made aware that the dryer in the basement stopped working. I caused me no real concern being that there was on upstairs. I made a call at 3 in the afternoon to let them know that it wasn't working for their own knowledge as well as to let them know I didn't break it! Before noon the next morning PC Richard was knocking at the door with a new dryer. Shocker, didn't expect that! Down South I had to pay to entertain myself. I rented townhouses with virtually no outdoor area and had to go to community pools, this after a 4+ hour drive. With this house, it IS your entertainment. Prices down South are nowhere near cheap anymore either. I highly recommend this house, it will not disappoint, neither will Marilyn.

This home has everything. We have stayed here three times. It is close to everything; the ocean, the bay, shopping and all the charming town has to offer. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it feels as if you are in your very own private retreat. The home is immaculate. It was very comfortable for our very large extended family. There was a gourmet kitchen with a center island that seated lots of people and two additional table and chairs in the kitchen. The formal dining room seated 14 very comfortably. Marilyn was even kind enough to recommend a gourmet checf to cook us dinner one night.  The bedrooms and bathrooms are so well appointed that you feel like you are in a spa resort. The heated pool and huge hot tub were great treats for our family coming from New York City. The recreation room must rival many arcades. So many things to do and enjoy. The washer and dryer was a great plus to dry those soft pool towels. Looking forward to our return in 2015. I learned that if we didn't book at the end of one vacation for the next, we could be out of luck. Be sure to stay at this home. It is the best home we have ever rented. I recommend it highly and the homeowner is a dream to work with.

My family and I rented this home to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The house was amazing. The owner was always available to answer my questions, help us with restaurants, things to see and to make us feel at home.We had a blast. The recreation room had everything my boys wanted. The big boys (my husband) played billiards, my sister and I played ping pong and the boys played foosball and air hockey. The recreation room was so huge we were all able to play at the same time. This was a vacation to remember. We had great BBQ's around the pool. There was lots of tables and chairs. With the huge amount of lounge chairs my sisters and I did not fight over them. My parents spent evenings in the hot tub with a glass of wine remembering all their wonderful years together. We would recommend this home in a heartbeat. You would not be sorry if you rented from Marilyn. She takes great care in making sure that you have a great vacation.

I can;t say enough about this house. the house was incrediable. the pictures do not do it justice. The house is big, spacious and spotless. The kitchen had everyone one needed to cook a gourmet meal for 20. This home did not feel like a rental. The owner took amazing care in the decorating, high quality sheets, super soft towels and even lots of pool towels.The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of pillows and comforters that felt silky to the touch.Every thing needed was there. The large backyard is completely fences in and was great for our small grandchildren. We were worried about the pool being cold as we arrived in June, but the pool was toasty warm due to the fact that it was heated. After a day at the beach, just a few minutes from the house, the huge hot tub was a true delight.The owner definitely cherishes this home and it shows. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Marilyn for providing such a wonderful home for our family.

Our family enjoyed this home tremendously. The house itself is spacious and the bedrooms were well appointed.  The high end sheets, lots of towels and blankets and comforters were exttremely soft. The house was very clean and we loved the decor. This house has it all. A huge BBQ which accommodated my family of 16, great heated pool, delicious hot tub and a great backyard for the kids to play in. Also we had a family member who is handicapped and the house was perfect for him as well. The description does not list all the wonderful things in the house. Having a 42" tv in every room allowed my family to watch whatever they liked. The owner even provided a dvd library that was a huge hit with the kids.. We recommend this house to anyone who wants an awesome vacation
