Our home is an ideal place for extended families and large families with lots of children. Ceiling fans in all rooms; remote control air-conditioners in all bedrooms, foosball, billiard table, lots of pool toys,two propane BBQ grills, outdoor shower, full exercise gym, large selection of entertaining size dishes, Lots of tables and chairs in our 2000 square foot outdoor brick patio area (great as a dance floor).

I stayed here for family vacation in August 2018 (extended family of 15).The house is spacious, clean, wonderfully decorated and maintained, and fully stocked. The house we stayed in has gorgeous, clean swimming pools . Our group ranged in age from 1 to 86 and we all were happily accommodated. The house is conveniently located in terms of both town and the beach. Starboard has a game room that kept all of the kids (2-20) happy when they weren't in the gorgeous, clean pool. I not only would book again, but I have for next summer!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful home for our family reunion. The pictures here do not do the house justice. It is big with very high ceilings and very large rooms. I was very pleased with how much space the house provided. It was the perfect set up for my large family. Everyone was able to get his or her own bedroom and no one ever had to wait to use a bathroom. My favorite part of the house was the huge kitchen. It came fully loaded with everything and anything a chef could need. For most of our stay that is where we would be making great dinners. My family also loved how big, beautiful and clean the pool was. Although it was a bit chilly, the heated pool was just wonderful. I would highly recommend this home to any potential renters if they are looking to have a wonderful Hamptons getaway at a great price for this large home.

We started renting this house 4 year ago and ever since then we keep coming back every summer. After a couple of years, the house started to look a bit worn, but each summer now that we come back we are amazed at the changes that occurred in one year. The homeowner of the house keeps it well maintained and updated. Each year there is something that is upgraded and improved. The location of the house is perfect. It is secluded and we had lots of privacy for our extended family. The BEST part of this house which my family spent the most time in would be the huge backyard. There is a lot of outdoor seating and a large grill area. What makes this house perfect for my family who likes to BBQ is that this house offered TWO grills. Another pro about this house was it was close enough to the beach that we could walk there. I absolutely love this house. The homeowner is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would suggest that anyone looking for a great time in the Hamptons would find this house to be perfect for them.

This truly was a beautiful home with all the amenities we needed. The pool was sparkling clean and the hot tub was delicious. We were amazed at how large each of the bedrooms were. The comforters and linens smelled freshly laundered and the beds were very comfortable. Since we had an unexpected guest, the convertible sun room, turned extra room was a nice feature. The house looked and smelled fresh and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, tons of barbeque tools, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. They even had stemware for our wine. We travelled to the wine area, just a 30-minute drive away and had some wonderful tastings. The house was within easy distance of supermarkets and town. Since we had one day of showers, our kids enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The owners just installed a new billiard table and we were the ones to christen it. Lots of great fun. I would highly recommend this home to my family.
